NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) Support Coordination is a capacity-building support designed to help participants understand and use their NDIS plan to achieve their goals. Support Coordinators assist individuals in accessing and coordinating funded supports, connecting them with community and mainstream services, and building their confidence and skills to manage their own supports. They help participants navigate the NDIS, find appropriate services, and ensure their needs are being met.
